We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to order, email us at Support@AubreeBelleSupplements.com and we'll let you know whether we can deliver to your address.

Tracking Your Order
Getting Your Tracking Number
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you don't receive it or have trouble with your tracking link, contact us at Support@AubreeBelleSupplements.com and we'll help right away.
Checking Your Order's Status
You'll receive an email letting you know your shipment is on the way, with a link to track your package's progress.
Why Isn't My Tracking Moving?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed due to processing times at postal facilities or network delays with the courier. Most delays resolve within a few days. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, please contact us at Support@AubreeBelleSupplements.com and we'll look into it.
Package Says Delivered, but You Haven't Received It?
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't locate it, please take the following steps:
- Check around your property — porch, lobby, mailbox, and any other common delivery spots.
- Ask neighbours or building management — someone may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Wait 1–2 days — some packages are marked delivered slightly early and arrive shortly after.
If your package is still missing, contact your local courier and file a claim using your tracking number. Once you've filed a claim, let us know and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Good to Know
📍 Accurate Address is Key
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to retrieve or redirect it. Aubree Belle is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order safely. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to their handling and timelines. Aubree Belle is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
